The Situation

The Jaguar Operation is a cluster of Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) deposits, located within the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia, 60km north of Leonora.

Currently comprising of one operating underground mine (Bentley) producing zinc and copper rich ore.

The Jaguar Operation is an owner-operated underground mine, that predominately uses long-hole stoping with backfill. Ore is hauled to the surface using dump trucks and then transported to the nearby Jaguar Mill for processing.

The Solution

Safescape first supplied Jaguar Mine in 2021 and have supplied and Installed 96.6m of Safescape Laddertube within 1.3 HDPE pipe to date.
